perineum problems

today when i woke up and went to the bathroom, i noticed that my perineum was a little sore. So i decided to take a look at it, and i think i saw like little white bumps on my perineum. I'm really not sure what's going on cause last time i got tested i was clean. However, i had a new sexual partner before this happened. It hurts alot and its really irritated, would u have any idea what it might be??

I have these bumps too. Not sure what they are. Does anyone else have any clue. I have been with my husband for a year and these bumps just showed up about 3 to 4 months ago. In that time I have gained some weight...about 20 pounds. I've read that tight clothes can cause them. Anyone have anything?

Ive had this before and its not an STD, mine is from wearing things using perfumed soaps etc, its a sensitive area and gets sore and dry so it just needs a bit of TLC. I Use DAKTACORT, which is a steroid barrier cream to protect the area from your wee!!! Its buyable over the counter as well.
