Hi there, I'll try to answer your question. Definitely an app can aid in getting pregnant. It helps us track our cycles. You are able to track your usual pattern so that you get a general idea of the average number of days your cycle is. This helps you know when you are most likely to ovulate. Of course it is an app so is not measure hormones but using logic and numbers to judge when you might be ovulating.
Helpful to understand your cycle though.
My doctor suggests that women trying to conceive begin having sex on cycle day 10 (day one of your period is cycle day one) and continue to do so every other day for the next 10 days. That works well to catch the egg.
