pregnacy symptoms

I was diagnosed with polyovic syndrome 8 yrs ago been on medication to help with missed periods as i had 3 a yr while taking the medication  i was having them more regualy have not been on clomid since decenber last yr, havn't had period sice jan this year,For months now my stomach was having abdominal pains my ribs felt like the were being pushed out of me breats were sensitive but only lasted a short time. now in the last few weeks i am constitly tired my lower back hurts my bstomach feels quessy i havnt vomited but anytime of day i feel sick, my stomach gets tight for a while needed to pee all the time stomach gets  butterflies in it.  Havent taken a test since march and all come back negative so I have no idea what is wrong. took a test today and it was negative could i be pregnant, estrogine  levels very low  could this mean that tests might not show the true result. hope someone can help.

i dont really i do eat chocolate a fair bit and i dont like or normaly eat it my sense of smell is strong i can smell some one making coffee in onother house with everything closed up. most food regergetats and i did go of fish for a while.

had blood test negitive ultrasound on monday

Have you seen a physician about this at all?  You need to do that so he/she can help you sort this out.  

This might just be related to your PCOS or something else, i.e. pregnancy.  You should get a BLOOD test to determine whether you are pregnant or not and you should be doing that as SOON as possible.

Also, do you have craving for a certain food?

It is possible that tests don't show the true result, so it's better to check with a doctor. But also it's possible that these signs are not caused by pregnancy, usually you would feel chest sensitivity, cramps like when you're have a period, urge to vomit on certain foods,  but you don't have to vomit. Symptoms are different from person to person.
