Hello,
These can be the symptoms of pregnancy and to confirm the status of pregnancy, I suggest you to test for pregnancy by a highly sensitive pregnancy test 10 days post ovulation with a sensitive ( 20 - 25 mIU ) pregnancy test. Also then I would suggest you to get your serum HCG levels estimated since this is more specific than urine for pregnancy tests.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hello,
First of all, to completely rule out pregnancy, you should get a serum HCG test done. If your periods are late by two weeks and your pregnancy tests are negative, then you may not be pregnant. But it's worthwhile to check with your doctor. As the other causes for missed periods can be hormonal imbalances where in the ovaries may not be producing eggs and hence the uterus may not be getting the right stimulation for menstruation. Other possibilities are thyroid disorders, where an imbalance of the hormone thyroxine can cause menstrual irregularities, and abnormally high levels of prolactin can also cause missed periods. So, please consult your doctor and discuss these possibilities with him.
