pregnant or not?

hi my last menstruation was jan.10. i had a blood test las feb. 11 the result is positive then i had a urine test but the reult is negative. until now i dont have my monthly period am i pregnant? i have some instances that i feel signs of pregnancy like lower back pain, nausea, craving for food and frequent urinal. tnx

tnx. i had a follow up check up and an ultrasound and based on the result i had a chemically pregnancy. so sad but i will wait again!

Hi there.  Well, if you had a blood test and it was positive---  I'm saying yeah, you are pregnant hon.  It may not show up on a urine test yet depending on the length of your cycle and when you actually conceived.  I didn't have any of those symptoms you described early on as those symptoms are typically caused by the accumulation of the pregnancy hormones from a growing fetus----  so, for example, nausea doesn't start for most women until week 6 to 7.  The early signs of pregnancy are usually being tired and maybe a tiny bit of breast tenderness.  Cravings especially don't start early.  So, not sure if any of the symptoms are related.  

But a blood test doesn't lie.  good luck
