I have had 3 kids by section,  and never had a problem with holding my blatter, however lately it seems like as soon as I feel like I have to go I have to GO to the point I'm running to the bathroom sometimes I don't make it and I have accidents. It's embarrassing please help!!!! I'm a waitress and I'm always feeling like I have to go. It doesn't burn or hurt. I just go frequently and the feeling comes on quick. I don't understand.

Thank you. I will make an appointment with my doctor. I don't get up at night I was for a little bit like a month ago. I thought I was pregnant.  Lol. Thank you.

Hi there and welcome.  I've had some issues with this myself since having kids.  More like when I sneeze unexpectedly, I get a dribble.  It's embarrassing man!  anyway,, are you practicing your kegal exercises?  (let me know if you don't know what these are).  Our pelvic floor muscles can become weak and then it is hard to control ourselves.  So, we can work on that.  Sometimes if a woman is having great difficulty, they send her to a physical therapist whose specialty is teaching exercises for these muscles.

And then there are medical reasons why a woman can't 'hold it'.  Do you get up often at night as well?

In truth, I'd mention this situation to your doctor.  Work on those kegal exercises and muscle control in the mean time, but I think it would be best to have a physician guide you if there is anything other than that which should be done.  Some have bladder issues (frequently getting up at night) and take medication.  That you always feel like you have to go makes me wonder.  so, schedule a doctor's visit.  Good luck---  it's not a fun problem to have!!  But hopefully you can get it cleared up soon!!
