Cut in iner vagina

Hi, I recently cut in side enter area of my vagina with toilet paper three days ago.  I didn't think anything of it so I got up pulled up my clothing extra and felt real warm down there. After a while I didn't pay attention to it anymore untill I had to go pee again, it burned so bad.  I cleaned myself and  my vagina just felt weird so I looked down at the toilet paper and there was more blood then usual. So I started I thought that's why I feel uncomfortable. Then later I started feeling itchy really bad so I just try to ignore it, usually when I don't think of it, the pain goes away. Well the day passes to today. I'm watching t.v sitting at the edge of my bed and that itchy ness started coming back so I went to the restroom peed. I have baby wipes and when I wiped it just made me scrach it while the baby wipe in my hand then got toilet paper and patted myself down and more blood starts to soak in the toilet paper. Now I'm about done on my period so I I'm very light and I spread my V.lips apart and see I'm bleeding on the sides real bad.  Should I go see my obgyn ??  This has never happened. And I'm not sexually active haven't been for two months my husband is in rehab. And all this happened last week starting Wed.
Help should I be worried?
Can I be allergic to toilet paper?
My grandparents are staying with me and Since there are more people and they don't pay rent they buy hygiene stuff toilet paper ext. And they get cheep brand...  Just want to know if it possible..

Sounds like an std or infection. Go to the doctor or clinic.

oh I do use scented wipes OK now I no not to.  Thank you. I'll just wash with water and pat down so I won't irritate it more then I already did.

If you wiped too much it can irritate your vagina and also do not use scented wipes. When u wipe just pat or wash with water and pat your vagina with clean wash cloth. If the itchiness continue go see an obgyn.
