They can easily be burned off by most any doctor, primary, gyn, even dermatologist. Easy.
Hi, I have a couple on the upper most part of the inside of my thigh, I wouldn't worry TOO much about them unless they hurt or are causing you issues, Just bring it up next time you see your gyno or reg. Doc.
