small bump

i have a small bump on my vulva and it hurts a lot i cant walk very well its almost the the size of a quarter so its not that small and it hurts a whole lot im 14 so i am a virgin im scared to go to the doctor because a year ago i had a big bump about my butt and i couldn't sit properly or do anything and when i went to the doctor they cut it open and drained it but it was extremely painful so i was wondering if it was the same thing? how do i treat it or do i need to to go to a doctor again? please help

Hello,
It can be a boil or an abscess. Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a gynecologist as you may need oral antibiotics and incision and drainage.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. Yes, you need to go to the doctor and have this treated.  You also need to ask why they are forming.  Be sure you wash the area front to back every day using a gentle soap such as unscented Dove.
