Make sure that you wash in the morning and again before going to bed and wear clean pants every day.

Wear cotton pants and not manmade or nylon ones.  The cotton ones will let your skin breathe.  The nylon and manmade fabrics will make you sweat more which encourages fungal growth.

Don't use normal soap to wash with; use soap that has no perfume, simple soap, soap with the same pH as our skin and baby washes should be fine.

Because you are having a yellowing coloured discharge and sometimes it is white and you also have an itch, ask your parent or guardian to make you an appointment to see your doctor.

The discharge accompanied with the itch is likely to be a fungal infection and the yellowish discharge may be a bacterial infection.

Even though you have not had a period yet, you still can get infections.

Make sure that you eat a healthy and well balanced diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meat and fish.  Drink plenty of fluids and especially water.  Don't forget to drink milk and eat cheese if you are not allergic to dairy.  This will help to keep your bones and teeth strong as they are still growing.

Try not to scratch, as scratching will cause damage to the skin.  If you are itching, go and have a cool shower.  As a home remedy you can apply natural set yogurt to your private parts after you have washed and gently dried.

Itching can sometimes be caused by detergents.

Get a parent or guardian to book you an appointment to see your doctor.

Hi there and welcome.  Well, this is where I do recommend that a young girl talk to her mom.  She can help you.  It 'sounds' like a yeast infection which is very common.  And treatable.  Usually, for the first yeast infection of a woman's life, it is good to see a doctor and have it diagnosed properly.  They swab it quickly (takes like 2 seconds) and look at it under a microscope.  Then they treat it either with a pill they prescribe OR over the counter medication like Monostat.  I use monostat one day which has a higher concentration of medicine in it and it takes about two days to work.  Yeast infections are an overgrowth of yeast which is a fungal issue.  Never douche, never clean inside the vagina.  that removes natural things that help keep the vagina balanced so the overgrowth of yeast or bacteria doesn't happen.  Wear cotton underwear and change it often.  You can also eat probiotic yogurt or take a probiotic supplement.

But all of this requires the help of your parent at 13 years old.  So, talk to your mom.  good luck
