swollen, painful labia after sex

Right after having sex, my labia became extremely swollen and painful. It is hard to walk and sit. When I urinate it burns. Is there anything I can do besides using an icepack? When should the swelling go down? HELP!

The same thing happened to me. It's very uncomfortable. Any idea what causes it so I can keep it from reoccurring?

It will probably disapear in a couple of days. What you could do is get a pad and slightly wet it and put it in the freezer and then when the water has frozen just wear it like a normal pad.It is a bit uncomfortable but it will numb the area.
