swollen vigina lips

This is the third time my boyfriend and i have had sex, This time though, he had came in me. Everything was normal, we havent used condoms before or any type of lube during any of the times we have had sex. Four hours after we had sex after getting home from grocery shopping i noticed my vigina lips are very large and swollen. They dont hurt or anything at all. This has never happened before, the swelling still hasnt gone done yet and its been and hour since i found out. What has caused this???

That has happened to be before. But I don't think it has anything to do with him finishing in you bc iv always used a condom and that happened to me the first few times we had sex. I think it has to do with positioning? Maybe? I'm not really sure. Iv always wondered but forgot about it because it stopped happening after a few times
