I am 25 and have been taking birthcontrol pills since i was 16, switched on and off to different birthcontrol pills throughout the years. I jus resently switch my birthcontrol pills that have a lower dose of estrogyn and started spotting. this has never happened to me before. Is this normal?

Mild aching as in cramp like aches? Honestly, I wouldn't know since I tend to stay away from the low estrogen pills because I don't like unscheduled bleeds. Hopefully one of the other ladies can help you with this question. Repost it if need be.

Yes, it's normal. The lower estrogen pills usually cause break through bleeding.
