use of water

im a person who drinks lots of water..may be 3 to 4 liters on daily basis, and I tend to wash my private area when I urinate or poop, but I keep hearing that u shouldnt use too much water durig ur menstruation or even take regular baths..is this a myth or a reality

Its a myth, I use water to wash private area and it feels WAY better than just wiping alone. It takes away the itch and cleans too.

Water is a great solvent and it washes away scum or harmful germs. During periods the vaginal area should be washed properly with care and dried afterwards so that it wont itch, or rash due to germ formation
