I haven't had a period in 6 months is there something wrong?

Im 21 and haven't had a period in six months and I know I am not pregnant (still a virgin) I'm in college and I know that can be stressful at times, but I'm not too stressed right now. Also, hair growth in my body has increased (I'm Italian so  I'm typically darker and hairier than the average person) and my acne has gone through the roof and I can't get it under control. I have gone to a gynocologist and she I'm fine, but I still haven't had one and I know that's not normal. I don't have cramps or bloating and have had no weight gain or loss. I have been getting head aches which I never suffered with before. I'm kinda nervous it could be something bad, but any answers would be great! Thanks.

I am sorry I don't have n exact answer for this. But for safe side why don't you check for pregnancy symptoms and if you find that you have one or two of those symptoms got your gynecologist again and tell her about those symptoms then maybe she might tell you to have a pregnancy tests.
