vaginal infection
I'm 25 years old and married for 3 years.From the first intercourse my problem started. I'm down with vaginal infection every 2 or 3 months. everytime i take the medication prescribed everything goes back to normal ,but, almost all the time, after my period i have vaginal discharge usually yellowish and recently without smell. i have itiching and burning sensation around the lips and most of the time i cannot have sex due to horrible pain i have inside. i'm really tired of this problem and have become obsessed with cleanliness. please help me!

I had the same problem. I would get a bacterial infection and it would clear up with antibiotics and then I would get a yeast infection from the antibiotics. It was a viscious cycle. Finally my doctor gave me medication for both at the sametime and the cycle was broken. Since then I take a yogert subsitute daily to keep the good bactria in my system.
