vaginal itching

What do you do if it's really itchy down there and vagisil isn't helping

Hi there and welcome.  Well, do you have discharge?  Thick and clumpy?  That is a good sign that you have a yeast infection and it sounds like you feel this is the case as you have been using vagisil.  You can see a doctor to be swabbed to make sure and treated (they have a pill that works very well) or  you can try Monastat over the counter---  I like one day as it has the highest concentration of medication in it.  It does take two full days for it to work though.  Try eating probiotic yogurt (such as Dannon Activia) or take a probiotic supplement and cut down on sugar.  Wear loose fitting, cotton undies as well.  good luck hon
