vigina odour

i am a 16 year old girl who has got a vigina odour ive been to embarresed to go to the doctors about it until recently when i went the doctors she said i had thrush& i didnt think it was that because it is not sore or ichy, ive just finished the cream she gave me and the smell is still there? i will go back but i really do not want to until i have some kind of idea what i have?.. could anybody help me?

Not all yeast infections have the same regular symptoms that you think they would. Usually though, if you have a discharge that has a foul smell, that suggests a bacterial infection, which usually needs to be treated with antibiotics. Bacterial infections can also have a discharge, that unlike a yeast infection is usually more yellow or green in colour. Yeast infections are said to have discharge that looks more white and clumpy. I would go back to your doctor.

you dont have why to feel embarrased towards doctors,because they are just the right people who can help you with your problem.think about it ,who else can?:)I have had sth similar to you.I went to a gynecologist and went through some analysis.i had cysts by the way.so there is sth the doc can tell you.come on,dont ignore your body.Good luck.
