vulvodynia and bowel issues

Can vulvodynia cause bowel issues and what can help? i keep hearing a rumbling that seems to come from my anal area and gurgling in my pelvic area and side. Its been going on for 2 months. I am not constipated, my bowels are normal, and no pain when i have bowels. sometimes my vulvodynia makes me have pain in my anal area around my period..that doesnt happen often

Hm, that is an unusual problem, I do believe.  Hearing rumbling from your anus.  All of it is interconnected there so never say never.  Does this have anything to do with a bowel movement or does it happen at any particular time such as when you are in a lay down position and then sit up?

The rumbling or gurgling in my anal area happens mostly when im laying down . With my pelvic area its both sitting , standing and laying down.  The anal spasms/pain seem to happen every blue moon around my period or when i have a flair up from the vulvodynia. I dont have pain with bowel movements and im not constipated
