worried

i had a tubal ligation 6 months ago and since then i have only had one period...is that normal???

A tubal ligation really shouldn't alter your menstrual cycle. You still ovulate as normal. You should follow up with the GYN and let them know. The thing is though, having a period isn't necessary if you don't plan to conceive.

It was normal for me but I went to the doctor just to find out all checked out good and I had better peace of mind. Good Luck Heidi
