Gum pain

I got a seed stuck in my gum, I pull it out and now its
got a pocket of infection on front and back side of tooth. Do I need to go to detist or just keep rising with salt water??

I wouldn't let it go either. Mouth infections are pretty serious, especially if you see signs of an infection. You may want to gargle with hydrogen peroxide till you see the dentist or call them for suggestion till you see him or her. You will most likely need to be put on antibiotics. Take care:)

Hi,
Just my opinion, but no - I would not let this go.  My ex boyfriend got a popcorn kernel stuck in his tooth and picked it out but developed an infection that he let go and ended up in the hospital for three days.  I'd say if it's no better in the morning to definitely make an appointment, especially if you have swelling.  Keep rinsing with the saltwater overnight though.  Please let us know how it goes and good luck to you :)
