I am experiencing the same problem

I have the same problem. I have been with my girlfriend for over 18 months and in the last 2 months I have had Red spots which are not raised on my penis head and they get more visible after sex or masturbation and faid off not long after but are always there. I also used a cream with cortizone in it and it takes the redness away and you can hardly notice it but when i stop using the cream the redness comes back within 24 hours. I dont like having any marks on my penis and i want to be able to get rid of it as i know it isnt an std but it could be yeast or irritation based. If anyone has found a cure please let me know

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it sounds like dermatitis. You may try calamine lotion on the rash. You should also maintain hygiene and try to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting cotton clothing. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove .Avoid any kind of cosmetics. You can also use a mild steroid cream like dermacort on the rash. If the spots are itchy, then you  can take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin.

If the spots persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
