drink lots of water\walk everyday at least half an our.eat only whole wheat breadand pasta.eat only brown rice.eat ligth cheese, drink 1% milk, use 8 inch plate for your every meals and don't feel them up to much.use olive oil not butter. for your lunch eat lot of salad first then eat abowl of healty( not creamy) soup.for dinner if you are going to eat fish, chiken,or meat make sure it's not bigger then deck of a card.eat lots of vegie.for snack eat plain yogurt with sprinkle of walnut or almonds.Or cucember,celery.apple.if you are really hungary then you can eat some nuts(not more than egg size)don't eat after 6 PM. try these advise 3weeks and write the results. Belive me not hard to do it.
Cut your portions in half and increase your physical activity. As we get older, it gets harder to get the excess pounds off. I try not to eat late into the evening. Lots of water too.
