Your ejection fraction is within the normal range (50-70%) and represents the amount of blood pumped into circulation with each heartbeat.
Ischemia indicates low blood supply to specific areas of the heart and oftened due to occluded vessels to some degree. The result of the test was inconclusive regarding ischemia.
Septum is the wall that separates the right and left heart chambers. Hypokinesis is impaired heart wall movement. Septal hypokinesis would be slight impairment, but the normal EF indicates there is no medical problem of any consequence according to the test. Of interest would be the underlying cause of septal hypokinesis.
