I have daily debilitating fatigue too, and sometimes brain fog. I feel horrible that I can't find the energy to drag myself out of bed to take care of my family. I've been on metformin for a month, and it hasn't helped yet. I'm being tested for sleep apnea, and anemia. Hopefully, we'll start to feel better soon. Take care!
I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy 2 yrs ago and PCOS a few months ago. It is ridiculously depressing! I have hound regulating sleep routine, exercise, and a stimulant to help with the energy. Weight loss, if you are overweight, and sleep regulation may help.
I have PCOS and I havent had any fatigue that I can relate to PCOS. I have other symptoms when I get hungry. It sorta like low blood sugar. Have you noticed you feel like this more when you need to eat? You should try to eat something to see if it helps. You should talk to your dr about getting on metformin to help with some of the symptoms you have. PCOS affects averone different. To get the best help talk to your dr about your symptoms. good luck
Hi I cant really help - other then to say I am also ALWAYS tired, its like I cannot sleep enough - but cant sleep when I need to so its not like narcolepsy but definatley feel that way too... hope you can find some answers. I havent noticed much of a difference in energy on or off the pill. I know PCOS can be very depressing I think it may have something to do with lack of energy as well... other then trying to improve lifestyle (regular exercise - thats about the only thing i feel like helps my energy, its a drag to get up and do it - but onces its done I feel more alive then when I started... hope that helps...
Sorry to hear it!
