Hello,
The urinary symptoms can be due to prostatis and the skin purple rash, if it is increasing in size can be due to lichen planus. The typical symptoms of prostatitis are fever, pelvic, testicle, or rectal pain, frequent and painful urination and ejaculation and incomplete emptying of bladder.

I suggest you to consult a urologist and get a urine examination, urine culture, culture of the expressed prostatic secretions (EPS) , prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) test, ultrasound prostate and a complete STD panel.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Your problem seems to longstanding one. Perhaps it has not progressed much except slight burning. So it is unlikely to be harmful concern and certainly a benign condition.

For a proper diagnosis its necessary to look the site. A physical examination by a dermatologist is advised for complete diagnosis. The doctor would probably advice you to wait and watch for changes. Treatment may be needed if secondary / new symptoms occur.

Wish you good health.
