You should also be taking magnesium, this is very important as magnesium is depleted by Vitamin D. Also, you most likely have low magnesium to start with, unless you eat lots of green leafy veggies like Kale, magnesium will be low. Low magnesium will give you anxiety and when combined with low Vitamin D levels, it can be even more extreme. You should also have your thyroid checked out, as low thyroid hormones can also cause your symptoms. In the meantime, don't take your vitamin D at night, it should only be taken during the hours that the sun would naturally be out, this should help with the sleeping issues. For the anxiety, one tip I have for you is this: do not avoid the things that give you irrational fears, by avoiding them you actually give the anxiety more fuel. Do not let anxiety stop you from doing the things you would normally do, even if you're scared, continue anyways as that is the best way to train your mind to ignore anxiety. Like a muscle, the more you train it the stronger it gets.

I think that it takes time for the body to recover even though the numbers have rise. Give it a little longer, I have heard up to a year! Dont stop taking D3 you need to hold your levels high :)
