Heart failure or something else?

A little bit about myself I am a 29 year old father of two full-time worker  with a family history of heart disease  my grandfather had it  and his father had it and now my father recently had a heart attack but they were all smokers.. I am a former smoker and have quit  and stayed away for several years . So for a while now I've been battling anxiety as well as potential heart issues. I've gone to the cardiologist and did a full Echo bubble stress test Holter monitor you name it... I was diagnosed with bradycardia but they assume that is normal because I am young and supposedly healthy my heart rate said that about 45 on the lowest and usually in the 50s. I have PVCs and on occasions in inverted T wave, I also have something on the report that says a right bundle branch block but I don't know what that means. I've been having trouble sleeping to the point where as soon as I fall asleep I would wake up gasping for breath and I've actually filmed myself on video on my phone doing so, and I don't notice myself stop breathing or anything. Now it's to the point where I'm waking up in the middle of the night on several occasions gasping for air and feeling as if I was drowning with my heart racing. I've gone to the ER after these episodes and all of my blood work and EKG come back with nothing significant I've even had a chest x-ray and no fluid was found in my lungs although while laying down for a period of time if I take a deep inhale I can feel the rubbing in my lower lungs. I have an appointment on Monday to see a cardiologist again I have an at home pulse ox and during I've been sitting in the mid to low 90s. I have also been diagnosed with GERD and Prilosec was my go-to medicine although I can't take it anymore because it was making my PVCs almost Non-Stop. Also I've recently done a blood test showing I have hypothyroidism potentially. my TSH levels are an 8.017 and according to their chart it only goes up to about a 4.5 I believe so I am completely over the high level. All in all I am just getting burned out with hearing everyone say it's just anxiety went to me it feels like so much more. Any and all input would be greatly appreciated and if you've gotten this far thank you for reading my rambling story.

I’m 18 and I’m in a similar situation have shortness of breath, palpitations, dizziness I’ve been to the ER countless times. I saw a cardiologist about 2 months ago and had a Stress test, echo, and holter done. Tests were normal and was diagnosed with anxiety but it doesnt feel like anxiety. Hope you’re feeling better. : )

Please accept my apologies for all misspellings and typos, I'm using my phone and talk to text is not the greatest thing to use without proofreading LOL.
