Muscle swelling in right side of neck (posterior triangle)

The right side of my neck has been a little more swollen than the right side for quite some time now. I am not sure if it’s a lymph node or not because it doesn’t feel hard or like a lump. It’s just a soft swelling that won’t go away but it also causes me no pain or discomfort. It’s not hard at all. It also has not enlarged. It’s staying the same size. I have not seen a doctor yet because I am terrified of doctors and I’m afraid it might be something bad (but that may just be my fear setting in). If anyone can help me, that would be great. Again, I feel no pain or discomfort at all. Not even when I touch it. I do have an impacted wisdom tooth on that side and a broken off molar on the same side as well. Curious that maybe it could be some sort of infection caused by those things. Any answers will help.
