Dear Sir/Madam,
I work in late evening shift (4 PM to 1 AM), remain awake till 4-4:30 AM in the morning. I'm facing issue with my abdominal region.
I have following issues: frequency in stools; frequent diarrhoea; burning and itching sensation in rectal region while defecation; burning inside abdomen (mainly lower part) before, during and sometime after defecation; growling sound in stomach; feeling of incompleteness in defecation; frequent abdominal cramps (lower part mainly); indigestion (especially spicy/oily foods, milk products, food with high dietary fiber contents (like biscuits, soyabeans, vegetables, fruits), and protein rich items (like chicken, mutton, eggs, etc)).
When I consume antibiotics (like levooflaxin, ofloxacin), antiamoebics (ornidazole, metronidazole), I remain fine for the time period I consume the medicines. After end of treatment, Issues re-appear again. This is now happening very frequently (once every 2 weeks).
I do not smoke, drink or use any other obnoxious drug.
10 years before (in 2009), I had undergone some lab tests, which showed: bilirubin little higher than normal, stool test showing some vegetative cells (and undigested food particles), TSH above normal range around 17 (normal: 0-4) (unit unknown), T3 and T4 were within normal ranges (result NA). I took Thyroxin 50 mcg (as per Physician prescription) for few years and recently stopped in 2018. Current TSH value is unknown. During winters, I also suffer from respiratory issues, and need to take Cetrizine hydrochloride/levocetrizine/montelucast and salbutamol sulphate (200 mcg in rotahalers).
Please suggest me some solution like medicines, any special treatments.
Thanks for your kind help and understanding in advance.
Kind regards.
