Rib pain abdominal pain and chest pain with arms as well

I’ve had so many different pains that I’m literally stressing so bad it started from the upper left abdomen even my left rib is bigger than my right side as well.my chest has been hurting lately and it goes to my left arm but it disappears within seconds then comes back later on please someone help me tell me what it could possibly be also my pee has been very cloudy every once and awhile and poop looks abnormal asf itchy eyebrows and ears constipation as well

I'm not really sure why you think this has anything to do with chronic fatigue syndrome. I suspected my son had this and so we did a lot of research and talked to doctors. Being day time fatigued is the biggest sign.
