Hi,

Thanks for writing in.
Please make sure you are not dehydrated or low on sugar. Make sure you eat your lunch on time and some healthy snack between breakfast and lunch. Also drink adequate amounts of water to prevent dehydration. Hopefully your symptoms will resolve with this.
Take care!

You should go to the doctor. Perhaps your blood pressure is high for some reason, more so after a day of stress.  My son has been on BP medication since he was 13.  He's not overweight, nor is there a family history of it, but when he gets upset he is dizzy etc...

You could also be having what is called a "silent migraine."  Yes, it's a migraine without pain!! Has the barometric pressure or other weather changes been happening over the past few days in your area?  If so, it could be another type of migraine.

It could be a vestibular problem (ears, etc...) and so it's best to go to a doctor. Good luck.
