Leg Pain-STD?

Hi I just wanted to comment on this, as I am experiencing something quite similar.  I just don't have any answers and am worried some type of permanent nerve damage is taking place.

I had unprotected sex with a female who had herpes.  I was tested 10 days after and was negative for everything.  It has been a month and 14 days since contact.  They told me to come back at the three month mark.  But these symptoms are so pronounced-I feel I should be tested again.  I was completely healthy before this, now I'm a mess.  Yet still, no outbreak.

My symptoms:
A few red bumps have sprang up on my arm-(folliculitus?)
My right leg hurts internally all up and down.(the more I walk the more it hurts-muscles feel raw)
My left leg and right arm have recently become slightly soar as well
I'm tired/slightly dizzy, feel week
I've lost seven pounds in a month
Itchy and irritated crotch(for 4 days then gone)
Tingly stings in pubic area and less frequently, all over my body.(for just a split second at a time)
Muscles twitch all over body.

Is it possible something has gotten into my blood?

Should I be tested again ASAP regardless of what my doctor has said(?)

Would these symptoms most likely be due to herpes or something els?  (gonorrhea, chlamydia, staff etc...?)

Thank for taking the time-much appreciated.

Thank you Auntiejessi.

I'm quite worried I have HIV-As I'm just so tired and week.  I went and got tested today(rapid HIV) and it came back negative.  I just have to wait it out to find out what's wrong with me.  I did have unprotected sex with someone with herpes...dumbest mistake I've ever made.  I wish she would have told me when I asked...and God knows what else she might have.  I'm pretty scared.

None of this would be caused by herpes.  Herpes wouldn't give you spots on your arms, cause arm pain, or weight loss (if only).  While herpes can give you leg pains, it wouldn't coincide with arm pains, dizziness, worsening muscle pain with exertion, etc.

Clearly you have something going on, and it doesn't sound STD-related.  I'd ask for an MRI of your back, and if that's ok, see a neurologist.

Even if you for sure got herpes (which I don't think you did), I'd still suggest this.
