So i feel like i have to pee like my bladder is full...but when i go to the restroom not a lot comes put just a little then 5 minutes later same thing....why?!!! It don't burn just feels like my bladder is full!!!!

I have been diagnosed with an over-active bladder which causes incontinence and pain after urination.A urologist has prescribed medication containing Tolterodine tartrate.Should I be taking this if I am already on medication for Atrial Fibrillation?Thanks....
