has anyone tryed..

Just wondered if dramaminem the motion sickness med may work for the w/d nausea....anyone tried it?

Hey I have never tried that and never thought to try it either. I have tried phenigan which is for nasuea and it helped a little so i think that might help.Good Idea:)chros

DOn't know about dramamine. I have had success though, with Ginger root tea. Get it in the produce dept. of your grocery store.  SLice up asmall chunk and toss it in some boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes or so. Then drink.

Does it taste as gross as ground ginger in boiling water?
Just curious....when Im sick and stuff, I drink I tbls of ground ginger in boiling water and its disgusting, but lol I drink it anyways lol

No, it tastes like lemon. Add a little honey and milk and it's actually good!

I am for sure going to try that....lol Jeez my mother just loves to see us drink lol horrible tea....You should see the other conjuctions she lol mixes up...yet, they do work so I cant complain too much lol

The only time I ever tried the Dramamine was when I went on a cruise. My sister and I brought some along in case as we never had been on a cruise ship.

Well low and behold about after 5 hours out in the middle of nowhere, I got nauseous and it did help.

Just thought I would share. I would also be careful if you are on any other meds, be sure to check with a pharmacist to be sure nothing interacts.
