FACIAL RASH

I have a skin condition that i developed a few years ago.. i thought it would just go away on its own but it hasnt..it is mostly on the sides of my chin... where my mouth ends on each side... i thought they were pimples but they feel more like lumps under the skin. they are painful. and if you squeeze them there is stuff that comes out like pimples. i also just now have them coming on my nose and on my right cheek.. they are very red almost like a rash.
