Itch

It has been 2 years we moved to a new house and it has hard water and its been couple of months now I am suffering from itch on my legs and arms. If it itch i bleed. I have tried applying all creams and they itch more.
please help.

Itching or pruritis can be caused by a number of causes. It can result from dry skin, infection, inflammation, allergy, insect bites, fungal infection, dermatitis, allergies, hives, scabies, liver diseases causing jaundice, renal diseases, metabolic disorders etc. Without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to differentiate between the causes. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. Meanwhile you could try using OTC anti-itch ointments.

Do you have a soft water tank ( that you add salt in) .. I moved to a place with very hard water and had to get one of these .. It helps a lot
