Milia Treatment

i am 25 years old male from india.i have about 10-15 small cysts(milia) under both of my eyes from last 4 years.i had cleared them 3 years back from skin specialist using needle treament,but after 3-4 months they came back..i searched on the internet but did not found appropriate solution(tried Beta Hydroxy Acid 1% but no change)..without going for needle treatment can i get rid of them..Is there any medicine available ? please help..waiting for reply..

wouldnt know sorry.. im searchin for the same answers.. was the needle treatment easy? im thinkin about doing it
