While I’m at work I will notice my face suddenly becomes slightly itchy. At this point, I have not scratched or rubbed my face. Where my face is itchy will be a red spot or circle. If I leave it alone, it goes away in a few hours. These strange rashes pop up in the same location(s) about 4 times a week. I am keeping track of what I’m eating when these rashes appear, but cannot make a connection.
Currently, I am washing each night with Benzoyl Peroxide and then applying Differin. Prior to that schedule I had the same issue.
