Sulfacetamide Sodium Topical

Hello! I have been using Sulfacetamide Sodium Topical Suspension USP 10% for about 2 years or so and it works wonderfully for me. I am going through a career change and currently do not have health insurance. I am almost out of this cream and was wondering if there is anything over the counter that would be similar? I used to use Differin (and against my doctors recommendations still do on my forehead occasionally) but I developed peri-oral dermatitis on my chin because of the differin, so I am afraid to use anything too harsh, such as benzol peroxide. If I do not use my Sulfacetamide I get small break outs around my nose and chin, so I am afraid what will happen when I run out. I currenlty wash my face with Cetaphil and use their lotion. Is there any cream similar to Sulfacetamide Sodium Topical Suspension USP 10% that I can purchase?? Thank you!!
