after waxing i always get pimple looking things, that never go away! any remedies? ive tried bikini zone and acne medications and they don't work

Hi there!

It is very common for a rash to occur after waxing secondary to the trauma induced by pulling of hair. The best remedy is to avoid waxing or use other skin removal methods such as creams, razors etc instead. For the rash you could try using ice packs immediately after waxing and applying skin soothing lotion such as calamine for symptomatic relief.
