differin vs. retin-a or retin-a micro

Hi!
I am over 30 (bummer!), and still  experiencing mild to moderate breakouts!!!  To further complicate matters, I do have PCOS and a very oily complexion. I have been taking Yasmin for over a year now, with minimal to moderate results in regards to acne improvement. However, I have also had a year of experiencing actual migraine headaches since starting the Yasmin.  Thus I think Yasmin has precipitated the development of the migraines and I am seriously considering stopping this medication. As a teen I did complete a course of isotretinoin with good success. I also used topical retin-a in conjunction with the oral medications. I would like to more clearly understand the difference between Differin, retin-a, and retin-a micro.  What is the difference in efficacy, and is there a difference between them in regards to the "fringe" benefits of the decreased appearance of fine wrinkles (I am not 16 anymore you know!)?
