weird bump on my nose after a pimple

I had just finished a course of accutane when i had a small pimple on my nose--one day when I got out of the shower it was bleeding a little, but I shrugged it off thinking my skin was just being extra-sensitive from the accutane.  Over the course of about a month it has gotten bigger and now it bleeds really easily so it won't heal--it doesn't seem to be a pimple anymore though since it isn't hard.  It kind of looks like the pore that was clogged with that little pimple has expanded and now this growth has just exploded out of it.  It's about 5 mm in diameter and sticks out about as much.  I have tried to just leave it alone and put it under a bandaid with some neosporin at night but it doesn't seem to be getting any better.  Should I go see a doc or is there something else I can do?
