thomas recipe or amino acids detox?

Hey Ive been using roxys anywhere from 15mgs-60mgs a day for 10 months. I stopped a couple months ago for a week then started again. I want to have the easiest withdrawl I can possibly go thru what's better Thomas recipe or Amino acid protocol. I'm going to gnc to buy everything today and I'm tapering off the roxys with hydrocodone 10mg yellows.. I'm gonna do one a day over to ween myself off then start the Thomas or amino thing or maybe use alittle of both and create my own withdrawl recipe

dont forget the imodium...walmart has some liquied stuff that works fast..they also have an antinausea liquid that works...couple of bux...phenergan can be a good drug to have around during detox as well..not habit forming and will make u seleep like a baby, helps nausea, sniffles cos it is an antihistamine..a little piece can hel;p anxiety as well

Last time I w/d I had hot cold sweats, burnin pain in my stomach constantly, rls, couldn't sleep, lost of appetite, the runs.

Yea Im going to try and maybe get my hands on some Valium and ambien for the anxiety and sleeplessness. I'm gonna pick up the vitamins too and start Monday it ***** I can't take off from work I gotta basically w/d at work next week so I wanna have every ingredient to help. I did it once cold turkey and lasted three weeks tell w/d was unreal.

actually the amino acid protocol is also part of the thomas recipe if u read it closely..the thomas recipe has the essential aminos included...but it goes more into depth as far as suggesting meds for anxiety and sleep  etc....i followed the thomas recipe...cos i do think sleep is important to detox and recovery..if u r not sleeping ur chances of failure become much higher..keep posting

otc  stands for over the counter , tylnol, aleve, advil etc.

Well, mostly for muscle aches, restless leg syndrome,  these tend to come with w/d.

I would go ahead with the amino acid protocol while you are tappering so that your body will be building up.  Detox takes alot out of a person and I can't see any harm in starting the regime early.  Don't forget the immodium and otc pain meds ect.   Best wishes on your journey.  Read these posts and also the previous pages, and gather all the info you can.  Post how your are doing.
