18 Days Clean Today!!!!

Yep, I did it!!! 18 Days clean today!! I am just checking in, I haven't been on as much recently but only because I finally have my energy back and I am staying busy! Making up for all that lost time on pills laying around on the couch. My Home Business is Booming so I am working away at that nonstop! Feeling Fantastic, Ansolutely ZERO cravinging at all!! NO back pain either... Only minor aches which Inprofen takes care of!! And I SWEAR if your struggling with energy go get the Vitamin B12 Sublingular Tablets... 2500mcg 2 in the am.. I am telling you guys, I haven't sit down in 2 days!

MRI Results came back and Positive news!!!!! No re-herniated disc... Only scar tissue that Dr said will resolve on it's own. I got the go ahead to start working back out ( slowly ).... Which is going to be tough for me but I know I have to take it easy! I will not risk a re injury! So, they said start w 10 min a day on the treadmill at home... I did 20 min:)...
Anyways, I feel Great! Sorry for not checking in as much as I am staying busy. Jus wanted you all to know that I am here, 18 Days and still Clean!!! Loving every minute of it!!
It can be done!

That is so great to hear!  18 days, wow, so proud of you.  That is really inspiring to me and Im sure to so many others out there.  I got the B12 last week and I agree, it does help.

Recovery is in sight I Promise you!! I know you feel bad right now but trust me, we have all been exactly where you are! Just bear down and go with it. Any day clean is a better life to live than being on drugs! We are all here for you! You CAN and WILL do this!!

Thanks so much!! Embracing the fact that things are not going to be perfect for awhile and a " I want this SO bad Attitude " makes a world of difference!!! I am blessed to be where I am today.. No matter if it's a good day or a bad one... I am Clean and right now, that's all that matters!

Woohoo!!!! That's quite a long time ya got under your belt! So great to hear you're doing good and that the MRI came back with positive news! Go you! I started taking a B12 complex sublingual liquid and I think it works wonders...I agree about that vitamin completely. I think I might try the tablets when I'm done with the liquid. Congrats to you and pat yourself of the back MANY times :)
