There is nothing that manages severe chronic pain as far as I know, and I've been to darn near every pain specialist doctor in the country (at least it seems that way) and tried all sorts of pain management therapy.
If your pain isn't that bad, working through morning stiffness and pain with physio therapy helps, there is hydro therapy, which helps as well. There are all kinds of herbal remedies out there that claim to help- none that I found have worked so far, but you never know. Physical therapy should be a daily regiment anyway, otherwise you will have even more pain in the future from muscle and tendon atrophy. I had tendons start tearing off my heals because I wasn't using my legs and because I didn't stretch the muscles and tendons in them daily, they atrophied and began tearing. THAT is very painful, and will have you screaming expecially if you get leg cramps, or a calf muscle that suddenly cramps into a ball in the middle of the night. No amount of oxy can dull that pain.

once all the opeites are flushed out of your system plan old 800mh ibuprofen and Tylenol will start to work again it just takes time try alive aso it relieves inflammation sometimes a combo of the above works better then just one experiment you will be suprized how well otc stuff works now that your not on the pills good luck and God bless......Gnarly
