Lauren recovering...mostly sleeping.....only awake for brief moments...seems to be more settled when I'm here, nurses say, so am staying....room is full of cards, gifts and flowers...mostly from staff and students....doesn't seem to be in as much pain today....but very medicated...still not touched morphine pump....nurses have to give her shots....stubborn woman
....have no idea if it's in newspapers...will let Lauren fill you in on gory details upon recovering...should be more aware by tomorrow

To answer your question IBKleen is bonnie and she is a fantastic woman.We are all so glad to have this positive update on Lauren.She is in my prayers as well as you.Please go eat.I know you dont like leaving her,and thats noble,but you have to take care of yourself too.If not you will be no good to help her.
As for me I dont want details either.I dont really care if it is in the papers,just as long as she is ok.

sleeping in chair mostly...nurses have offered me to sleep in guest room at end of hall..don't like leaving her...trying to answer phone so it doesn't keep waking her...have to unplug when I leave....keeping in touch with family and friends full time job...
haven't ate...I will...
