That is definitely not a normal side effect of cocaine use... Get it checked right away.  It could be an indicator of something completely unrelated.  My grandfather had this and it ended up being bladder cancer, which ended up killing him.  Please get checked!!

I am NOT a doctor. But, perhaps someone here will look at this and research or comment: cocaine is typically manufactured with kerosene and the benzene in it might be causing medical problems. Could that be it?

i don't know the answer to this other than go to your doctor. i have never heard anyone bleed in their urine from coke use, but i guess it happens. i have bled in my stomach and i wish i had P'd that out, lol. anyway stop doing this nasty drug and see your doctor to see what type of infection this is, good luck

Well, these other people are right about the coke - its really hard on your body.....all stimulants are. I will go out on a limb here and just guess that you are snorting? Hope so. Please PM me if you have any other physical problems that might have a bearing on this. Otherwise I will present two possibilities - one would be that you have an infection that you may or may not have picked up from a bill or straw when snorting. Since this is happenning intermitently and only after you snort I don't know if that would be the case. Another possibility would be that the stimulation and elevated bp and heart rate from the coke have stressed some vesels in the urinary tract at some point - maybe the fine vesels in the kidney can't handle the elevated and overamped circulation and they are either rupturing or just overwhelmed by the rapid circulation and resistance from the coke stimuli and are bleeding over? Please PM me if you have any other symptoms or ideas about this. And let me know about the bleeding. A little more info would help a lot. don't let this continue.  Back off the coke for at least a while and see if you have any more problems. Classically in the medical field the answer is to find the offending agent (maybe the coke?) and remove it. Sounds simple doesnt it? Good luck with this and do stay in touch with us -

Welcome to the forum. I have to agree with Willy, though. Sounds like your body is telling you to not abuse it. I also think it may be time to get a checkup.

Ok... I sent messages to 3 people I think have experience with coke and I am sure when they are awake/log on they will be able to help you with more than just quit coke. Of course we all know you should quit...but there is more to it than that and we all understand it here!

Please let me know if you are still on here. I am sorry it took so long for someone to answer you it was just early!

Hey there welcome to the forum... I don't know anything about coke and it's early so someone will be up soon to answer your question. Please just hang in here and someone will be here soon to help! If I may ask is it always there or only when you use the coke? If it's everyday you really need to see a doctor b/c you could have a severe bladder or kidney infection is why I ask.

Anyway please hang on for someone to be up that can answer you!
