Does anybody find they are more apt to pick up things like colds and so on since detox?

I'm on my second cold and this is starting to get old.  

I'm taking lots of vitamins and have increased the C.  I'm even eating right for a change.

This is very frustrating!

I still had trouble with sinuses even when I was on the oxy and percocets.  My one ear also kept giving me fits and would fill up.  Seems my eustachian tube would not drain properly.  I do have allergies and the Spring is my worst time.

I did go through the sneezes for a time but without any problems.

But now, I am getting full fledged colds.  I could give Rudolph a run for his money on having a red nose and this is coming with a light fever.  

I just seem to be more susceptible to colds so far and I'm afraid to find out what is next!  It is very frustrating because I do not want to infect anyone else and I desperately need my PT.  I'll just have to wait until next week.

This detox really took me down.

Seems like I was not sick the 12 years I used. I guess if I was, I didn't know it. I seem to be  more susceptable to everything. I have noticed that I'm more sensitive to everything now. Have trouble in my ears too. Sinuses must get affected big time. It makes sense that the drugs dry you up so when you don't have them , production begins again and needs time to regulate maybe.

Looks like I'm going to get everything too!  Better find that H1N1 shot, if I can stay well enough to get it.  I did get the regular flu shot but they didn't have the other shot at that time and I'm not sure if I'm up to the shot but it would beat getting a full dose of the flu.

Maybe things will be better by late Spring.

I'll try the EmergenC from Wallmart.  I do have other Vit c I'm taking now.  

It is hard to get back to normal when you keep getting sick!  I feel like I'm back helping in kindergarten.  I swear that year I got everything.  Of course, with little ones coming up and sneezing on you, you haven't got a chance of not being sick.

I also caught every cold and virus under the sun after detox...detox takes alot out of u..and eating right and taking supps helps..EmergenC from Walmart helped me alot..it is hard to stay strong when u keep getting sick//and many do not realize that this happens to some///stay strong and keep posting

Thanks for writing.  I guess it will get better but I need this to stop so I can get to the pool and work on my back!

i have had a cold since day 3...stuffy nose, a little sore throat and a slight cough. I dont know, but it sounds like it comes with the territory. hang in there!! k
