11 days clean

hey all, just updating my progress, day 11 today. Ive been pretty so far, except for the fleeting mindgames telling one little pill would help. Those feeling pass people dont listen and dont cave. I officially cancelled a pain clinic appointment I had scheduled for the 8th and that feels really good. No sources to any other pills, I will succeed this time.
I have been working out very hard with T 25, and even though my body is wrecked from it, and my knee problem continues hurt like a mofo, i am still strong, Aleve baby! It does help with true pain, not the way the Norco masked my mostly made up pain symptoms.
My detox symptoms were pretty minimal due to the tapering down to only one pill for a few days prior. sneezing continues but stomach issues have subsided.
Stay strong my friends, we will all be sooooo much better

U r doin great! Keep goin it gets awesome! Sober living is hard at first but gets easier as u go, keep workin on it, its not just physical its pschological and emotional too! Hava blessed day!

Hey my brother. It sounds like you are doing great.  You are a strong person, and I knew you would make it. Keep it up, and remember, one day at a time. 11 days is awesome.  You are Definately through the worst of the physical stuff. Now, just keep your mind busy.  You can do this!
